We want to express appreciation and thank to the County of San Diego for awarding the Asian Cultural Festival of San Diego with the Community Enhancement Grant! The Community Enhancement Program is funded by a set percent of Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) revenues. Mira Mesa, home to the Asian Cultural Festival, is in her district, and we are happy to have her celebrate Asian Pacific American Heritage Month with us!
